Great meatball tower

These are not ordinary meatballs. The eloquence in recipe will guarantee you the best ever done.

🍃Preparation time is 5 minutes
🍃Cooking time is 5 minutes
🍃Serves at least 4

Ingredients

1/2 kg minced beef
300 g pork sausage filling
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 eggs
100 g whole flour
Fresh coriander
50ml Full cream Milk
5 tsp (50 g) bread crumb
Salt
Pepper
3/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

A nice finesse pairing of seasonal vegetables with your meatballs

Instructions

1) Get fresh ground beef and mix it up with ground sausage filling, season with salt, pepper, fresh coriander, sauted or lightly fried onions and garlic and rub in bread crumb previously softened with milk and finish off with a touch of cayenne pepper.

2) Coat your palms with a little fat or vegetable oil then from the bowl of minced meat, pick out some of the mixture into your hands and roll out a golf size ball of your minced meat until you have a smooth surface on top. Repeat this stage until you have about 4 – 6 servings.

3) Prepare to coat the meats balls with flour, eggs wash and bread crumbs until you have an even layer of the bread crumb on top.

4) Deep fry the balls in a well heated pan with vegetable oil and allow the meatballs to cook to a golden brown. Drain off excess oil by seating them on a kitchen paper towel and then set aside.

5) Can be served with your personal selection of seasonal vegetables and/or starch with a sauce (I chose to use Parsely Pesto sauce)
